Notation on back: Sketched by R. Laubenheimer about 1857. 8-7/8x13 inches. Laubenheimer FromGermany, ca.1851 or Earlier Sketchbook. 7-1/8x8-3/4, Light card cover over 15 page (1 page or more have been previously torn out, as the hand numbered page numbers differ from reality). The remaining pages have full page studies in pencil and charcoal of trees. Very nicely done. Not signed or dated, but book is from a Nuremburg printer.
