Maxwell & Co. Ship Chandlers & Sail Makers, 77 South Street NY. Photo shows Seven men standing before two buildings with a horse drawn wagon out front as well as a gas lamp. This building’s address is one block south of the present day South Street Seaport Museum and is now sadly gone.
