S/N 433, Choice VG to Fine condition due to toning and small edge faults on bottom left margin, This issuer was formed on March 29th, 1856, as a result of the business com- bination of the Racine and Mississippi Railroad Company and the Savannah Branch Railroad Company, and after a series of combi- nations and divestitures, ended up as part of the Chicago, Milwau- kee, St. Paul and Pacific lines. All of these scrip issues are rare; this is an issued example from the $125,000 issue which provided the bearer a call on the income earned by the segment of the road built between Beloit and Freeport.
