Imperf on Deed from 1864.

Large format Deed with 3 single stamps, all appears VF to XF with
the middle stamp showing excellent centering and not touching on
any design; the second is touching on one small area and the third
has as small corner tip missing. One of the stamps is tied, the sec-
ond two have identical cancellations. The deed needs to have the
folds reinforced.
