Kingdom era set of 10 Afghani and 50 Afghani notes, all from the
mid< or late<1920s. Includes 10 Afghanis, issued note, P<9, one good
VF with a stain, the other XF except for tiny loss in bottom left cor<
ner; three printer proofs of the same 10 Afghani notes but missing
the black overprint which contains the denomination and titles,
printed on thin white paper (unusual); 10 Afghanis, issued note, P<8,
UNC; 10 Afghanis, issued Baccha Rebellion note, P<12, with two
hand stamps, some tears otherwise VF; and two 50 Afghanis, issued
notes, (1928), one without watermark, P<10a, choice VF, the other
with watermark, P<10b, Fine.

on m/c with portrait of Tomas at left , back red with rhinoceros. The

herd of antelope or gazelles. Specimen overprints. S/N # 11Ab
00000 and S/N # 23aA, respectively. The notes appear Uncirculated
