1851 (ca.1859). 5 Denomination ad note with green security under-
tint on very light tan paper from 1859 Cincinnati Directory.
Undertint in green also has additional lettering “American Bank
Note Company, Patent Green Tint. Ornate lettering and text
describing the items produced by this well known early banknote
engraver that eventually was one of the founding companies of the
American Bank Note Company formed in 1859. Rare and attractive
ad note. Choice to Gem Uncirculated condition. RWHE.
