by direct vote of the people 4) Equitable graduated income and

Both
are unissued certificates with date line Virginia City, Montana
Territory, 186x. Includes Certificate of Deposit of funds to company
(probably gold or gold dust). Black on white, plain form with no
vignettes. Also included is a waybill for shipping to the states of
Kansas, Nebraska, Colorado, Utah, Montana, and Washington ,
most probably by stage coach. Small print on bottom lists informa-
tion and that the company is not liable for loss, damage or detention
due to Civil or Military Authority, depredations of Indians, .... Both
are in VF to XF condition with light toning on edges or in the middle
in a couple of small areas. Rare early Western Fiscal and Stage
Coach documents. .......................................................
