(1855-1937) signature on small card which reads Autograph of
________ Secretary of the Treasury, VF-XF condition. Mellon was
Secretary of the Treasury between 1921 and 1932. Prior to becom-
ing Secretary he was a successful industrialist with interests in ship-
building, finance, oil and construction. His wealth peaked in 1929 at
between $300-400 million. ............................................

Indiana, 1907 250 Shares Issued and POC stock certificate from
Louisville and Northern Railways and Lighting Co., with Insull auto-
graph as president, Electric Inter-urban train on top flanked by light
bulbs; 1931 I/U Insull Utility Investments, 3 Shares and Scrip
Certificate and Midland United Co.. All are in VF to XF condition.
Insull was a British-born American public utilities magnate whose
vast Midwest holding company empire collapsed in the 1930s. He
was an innovator and investor based in Chicago who greatly con-
tributed to creating an integrated electrical infrastructure in the
