Cox lists a similar appearing bond in green that is a coupon bond, this is a different color registered bond. This bond is unlisted in Cox. Specimen $1000 1st Consolidated Mortgage 5% Gold Coupon Bond, Black on brown border and underprint, the top right title is over 2 electric street railway cars with the left side ornately engraved with a seated allegorical cherub holding a light bulb, Red specimen overprints, POC’s and “0000” serial numbers, VF/XF condition with folds as made, This is the only example found in the ABN Archives in 2002. The railroad is known with only 1 stock certificate variety listed and no bonds.
