Printed on india paper mounted on large card, Black with no underprint, seals or serial numbers, Text on right beneath denomination is “Santo Domingo - Distrito Nacional - Republica Dominicana” which matches the 1962-63 ND issue. Text on lower right reads “Secretario De Estado De Finanzas” which matches the 1956 ND Issue. Choice to GemUncirculated condition. Evidently a transition design essay that was never used.
