partial pair, 10 Denomination, Liberty with cap facing left, Black with

no underprint, back green, Printed on Tyvek paper, the right 60% was

printed on the face with the left section un-inked, 8 U.S. Federal seals that

are used on current banknotes are visible as a watermark on the paper,
