On behalf of the entire Archives International Auctions team, I would like to personally
welcome you to our twenty-eighth exciting auction we have held over the last eight years.
The format will be similar to our August 4th auction which included Live internet bidding,
phone bidding and gallery bidding, but we are not producing a printed catalog, only a
virtual catalog that can be saved as a PDF or printed out if desired.
We are excited to offer another impressive selection of U.S. & Worldwide Banknotes,
Coins, Scripophily, Security Printing Ephemera and hundreds of rare and exciting items
that rarely come up for auction. There will be items of interest for every level
of collector as well as dealer and specialists.
We are looking forward to another exciting auction and hope you enjoy our current
offerings. We are in the middle of getting ready for our fifth annual appearance as the
official auctioneer of the Wall Street Coin, Currency, Scripophily & Collectibles Show
scheduled October 22nd to 24th with the auction being held October 24th beginning at
10:30 AM. The auction will be held in 2 sessions, the first at the Museum of American
Finance located at 48 Wall Street on Saturday, October 24th and the second session,
date to be determined, to be held at our offices in Fort Lee, NJ. We are also preparing
for the Second section of the Alexander I. Pogrebetsky Family Archives which is sure to
attract serious attention from the collecting community scheduled tentatively
late November 2015. If you have suitable material, we are still seeking consignments for
our upcoming 2015-2016 auctions.
I would like to thank everyone who has participated in our previous auctions
and has helped make this auction series a resounding success.
