Ecuador, Lot of 2 items, Includes Issued October 27th, 1938,
5 Sucres, P-84b, Overprinted “Delegado de la Superintendencia…”,
10,000,000 Sucres Capitalization, Bright colors, sharp corners, large
even margins and superior paper quality add to this lovely note
which grade Choice to Gem Uncirculated. It is only priced up to XF
in SCWPM. Also included is a ND (ca.1940-49) uniface front proof
of a similar design as its companion but the note has 20,000,000
Sucres capitalization. Seated allegorical woman in middle, black on
