$500.00 Confederate Banknote, issued February 17, 1864. This was
the second $500 issued by the Confederacy and unlike it’s prede-
cessor the T-2 was meant for circulation and did not bear interest.
The note has a vignette of General Thomas (Stonewall) Jackson and
the Great Seal of the Confederacy. PMG graded VF 30 Net with
notation of minor rust in 2 very small areas, note retains nice texture
and autographed signatures.
