Mortgage 7% Gold Specimen bond, Green border with multiple
vignettes with train at top middle L<R, allegorical women on upper
corners and arms at bottom, There is small piece of the bond miss<
ing .75 x .25 inches in bottom middle fold, POC’s toning and small
edge faults on bottom as well as a small spit on top middle border,
otherwise VG to Fine condition. The bond was issued to pay for their
lines between their junction with the Chillicothe and Brunswick
Railroad and a point on the Missouri River in the state of Iowa. Rare
and possibly unique specimen. Continental BNC.
