Series 1939 (1940<1964). 4% bond. This bond had a total issue of
1,035 bonds with only 30 issued with the date of 1945 for redemp<
tion. Multiple punch cancelled but appears in XF condition.
Certificate # 153. Printed by BEP. This is a Federal U.S. Bond used in
the Territory of Puerto Rico. Unique. This is a discovery bond of this
issue and design. Vignette of allegorical woman in oval on left.
Signed by the Treasurer and City Manager of the Capital of Puerto
