x 5.75 inches, Previously string bound but it is missing, There are 2
different sections, the front section has 24 pages, all of the months
plus additional information on the weather, Virginia Senate and
Delegate members, Virginia Court Houses and Gold Coin conver<
sion as well as Cents to Shillings, Pence and Farthings conversion,
the second section, possibly from the Almanac, includes fictional
stories as well as song lyrics including those old favorites like “The
Capture of Lord Cornwallis” or “Nothing Like Grog”. Mostly VF with
minor toning and a few very small foxing spots. Rare and early
Virginia Colonial item.

tive and in Fine condition.

Expenses in the Quarter Master General’s department for 1797 <
1801, 26pps, and signed in type by Albert Gallatin, Secretary of the
Treasury. Listing all the providers of merchandise, goods and ser<
vices to the Navy and the charges each incurred for labor and sup<
plies, in VF condition but there is separation of the binding that
could be repaired.
