advertising sign with cameo of woman on UL, ABNC eagle on UR
with allegorical seated justice flanked by young man and woman.
Ornate title on top. Text states they are “engravers and printers of
U.S.Revenue and postage stamps, Postal Notes, Legal Tender ...”
Mentions different countries it produces security printed items for.
Great intaglio printed item except that it has been damaged on the
UL corner, It appears to have been framed and had been removed.
