Medallions on left and right with cameo portraits, circular cameo
with coin appearance in middle flanked by 2 small allegorical
women, VG to VG+ with no pin holes or obvious edge faults, DUBS.

on LL, Signed but not Serial Number, repaired ink burn hole on the
LL, otherwise note appears nice Choice AU to Uncirculated. Scarce

front of safe on top middle, small locomotive on LR and railroad car
on LL, Signed but not Serial Number, Unc. to Choice Uncirculated
with a small internal hole due to naturally thin paper, not mechani9
cally done and premium paper quality for the issue. Scarce note in
this high grade. H.P. Hill & Co., Griffin, Ga. A twin of this note sold
for $190 at Memphis Smythe sale in 2007.

Banknotes, both are Black on red underprint on thin and translucent
onion skin type of paper, the 50 cents note has a small fire engine
pumper on top middle with trains on LL and LR; the $1 has Dog
resting with key in front of safe on top middle and slave picking cot9
ton with steamboat behind him on left, scarce in any condition.

Bloomington, Illinois. Lot of 4 notes (uncut sheet of 3), 18xx
(ca.1960970’s), $19293, (IL9609G2a; IL9609G4a; IL9609G6a) Modern
“Proprietary Proofs”. The $1 proof has a man with sack and 2 hors9
es on the left, and portrait of man at right; the $2 note has farmer
plowing on right with young girl in middle; the $3 has surveyors on
left and oxen pulling wagon in middle, Notches on top and side mar9
gins for printing registration. Black printing with light tan underprint
printed on thin white card, Choice to Gem Uncirculated condition.

G8a SENC) Modern “Proprietary Proofs”. The $1 proof has a man
with sack and 2 horses on the left, and portrait of man at right; the
$2 note has farmer plowing on right with girl in middle; the $3 has
surveyors on left and oxen pulling wagon in middle; and the $5 note
has men with boat and dogs with sled on lower left and man on
lower right. Black printing without underprint printed on thin white
card, Choice to Gem Uncirculated condition. The $5 note is listed as
“SENC” in Haxby. TC&C. Archival “Proprietary” proofs rarely
