Harry Houdini.
New York, NY 1923, 15 Shares, Issued and
Uncancelled, Patriotic eagle on top, light brown border, Cert.
#2153, Vf to XF condition with 2 vertical folds for storage, signed by
Magician extraordinaire, Harry Houdini. Signed by Harry Houdini as
president. One of the greatest magicians of his time and all time.
Known for his sensational and dangerous feats, Houdini was able to
free himself from virtually any device constructed to hold him, a
challenge he was often asked to meet, always with success.
Appearing in several movies, beginning in 1918, Houdini established
this, his own film company, eventually working up a full evening’s
stage show. Performing in the largest theatres in the world, Houdini
was world-renown performer. This is a rarely seen certificate signed
by Houdini and superior to the very few other examples seen in that
the signature on this quite bold and clear. Uncancelled and excel-
