passes, the first issued in 1893 to Charles Spaulding by Graham &

Morton Transportation Co. for advertising and gathering public opinion;

the second issued in 1897 by the Columbian Whaleback Steamship Co,

547 World’s Columbian Expo, 1893, Set of 6 Passes and Coupons

Chicago, Illinois. Group of 6 passes and coupons relating to the World’s

Columbian Exposition in 1893, includes a non-transferrable workman’s

pass; an unused Chicago Day admission pass for use on October 9,

1893 only with attached counterfoil, featuring eagle on front and Fort

Dearborn on back; a 3-segment admission pass for October 22-23-24,

1893; a 10 Cent coupon for Costa Rica Coffee; a 10 Cent Coupon for use

with Libbey Glass Co.; and finally a small coupon by E. L & N. Co. with

text “drop this in the box” and featuring a boat at center. Fine or better
